By enrolling in a We Battle Together event, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. We Battle Together may contact you through text message, WhatsApp, and email to provide information.

2. An Event Representative from We Battle Together may reach out to you via text message.

3. I grant consent to We Battle Together for the processing of my data for legal, personnel, administrative, and management purposes, including the processing of any sensitive personal data as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

4. I consent to We Battle Together sharing such information with individuals associated with the Event and training, such as trainers, coaches, and event coordinators, as well as with regulatory authorities and as required by law.

5. I understand that I can opt out at any time by emailing info@webattletogether.com or by using the unsubscribe option in the footer of any Ultra Events emails or SMS messages.
